Memory: 4096MB RAM
Hard Drive: 733 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 7050 / NVIDIA nForce 620i[/B]
Before the update my games, (Gmod, L4D, Ep2, Portal, CS:S) ran smoothly. Now after the update my games are really laggy, I've set everything on low and it still lags. Suggestions would be helpful.

Run the game in fullscreen on the lowest resolution.
Other that that there is no good solution rather than upgrading.
Portal and EP2 has always been OB engine.
