Hey does anyone know how to get a ragdoll's head on the baby doll?
Ive tried to deflating everythign but the head on the ragdoll
but its a big mess, can someone help me?

I don't think you can sing as the ragdoll has body groups and the baby doll is just a physics prop. From my knowledge this could only be achieved by model editting.
