Alternatively, x10hosting with unmetered space/bandwidth as long as you aren't making a filehosting service or doing anything illegal.
Also it's free. The free servers are having some issues at the moment because cpanel is fucking retarded (hardcoded limit of 160 user sessions at a time) which breaks half the stuff they have, but this will be fixed soon.
