I have posted 1 video so far, i am not that good at gmod yet, but i will like some help on how to make good videos, please check it out and comment.

I believe your channel is not on the ground. it is on youtube.
1. remove the background, it sucks.
2. get some friends of you to tell their friends.
3. post it on facepunch.
Design your channel better.
Get some unique content.
Doing both of these right should result in somewhat of a fanbase.
Put some decent videos instead of the shit you have now. Nobody wants to watch you kill 50 zombies or similar shit. Add some half-decent content before uploading.
Make something Unique. Not gameplay, thats not going to get your channel anywhere fast.
Unless you Talk about your gameplay, make Jokes and make watching other people play games more fun and Enjoyable.

Google's servers are on the ground there for his channel is on the ground, albeit suspended by screws most likely.
Default windows movie maker white text on blue background looks bad and shows you put no effort in
Complete black against complete green on your profile looks horrible
Boring zombie movies
Think to yourself "if someone stumbled on this video would they want to watch it all the way through"
If the answer is no, and you're trying to get lots of views, don't bother uploading it.

ok but try not to use overusEd music because people seem to get annoyed easily on youtube =P

P.S I know its filter rape but it looks good in my opinion
You have one video and you expect to get subscribers? Jon Paula (creator of "Is it a good idea to microwave this?") waited 2 years just to get 3,000 subscribers and he had 300 videos.
