I was wondering if I can have or make it so I have a vanilla installation of gmod and one with all the mods in or even a command line for me to run.

In Steam\steamapps\username rename garrysmod to garrysmod1 ( This will be your mods one )
Now run garrysmod and go back to Steam\steamapps\darkflaw and rename garrysmod to garrysmodvanilla and rename garrysmod1 to garrysmod
If you want to run the vanilla rename garrysmod to garrysmod1 and garrysmodvanilla to garrysmod
Thanks Shane. It worked out well and I figured out that I don't have to rename, just a different shortcut. The reason being was for playing all the Half-Lifes instead of normal loadouts and vehicles to using gmod contraptions. May make videos in the future.
