So i cant open my tool menu in online RP games, could anyone offer some insight?
Some rp servers disable it. Others encourage it. Have you tried other servers?
Yes, i have tried normal servers and other RP servers. It just wont open in an online game.

That statement dosent make sense. You have played on online server and it worked, but it wont work on an online server?

BEcause Rp servers and normal servers are online. As in, on the internet. What does not make sense is that your saying it works on the internet but dosent.
