If you used darkrpmodifacation reinstalling the gamemode won't break your jobs and entities. Otherwise, hope fpjte doesn't kill you for not reading the blantant warnings on the gamemode folder.

The error is caused by one of the shipments' allowed field not being in table form. Basically, this:

should be:
[lua]allowed = {TEAM_GUN},[/lua]
You changed corefiles and by making a mistake you broke the entire gamemode (well, what can you do without the F4 menu). Next time don't ignore the warnings if you don't know what you're doing.
