So, i joined this french server, they changed the language of my garrys mod, now the tips are advertisements for their servers and all my tools are renamed, what the hell do i do?
how can i prevent this from happening again?
how can i fix this without a clean reinstall?

Happens to me sometimes, normally is fine after restarting steam, try that.
