Hi, my gmod is having some strange issue, where when ingame, it keeps on freezing then unfreezing, and lags a lot. It's making my GMOD unplayable at the moment.
seems to happen whenever i shoot a gun and stuff.
i've tried lowering my settings, updating my graphic card and stuff like that
Specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz
3.25 GB of RAM
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
Any background programs running?

well i ended a few programs, didn't help.

Only other piece of advice I can give is to reduce addons and update graphics drivers.
