I have had Gmod for about a year now. All of a sudden, it has a problem launching. When I try to play it, an error pops up saying, "StramStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0x0012E5BC) failed error 1: failed to take master pipe connection lock" BTW this is Gmod 10

Never mind, this happens with all of my steam games so it's a Steam problem. Sorry.
Delete clientregistry.blob [in program files/steam]
If that doesn't work, reinstall steam
It didn't work, so I'm going to reinstall it.
