Flapjack is right, it is private. One of my Steam friends likes to talk about stuff they've added to it. Won't mention their name in case they want privacy but they may see this and post themselves probably seeming as they actively browse FP (if the topic doesn't get locked or anything.)

... It's very basic. I suck pretty bad at lua and with a little help I was able to make something that looked better than that.
No offense to those involved in its creation of course, it's your hack and you're free to make it look however you want, it's just a little harder to see the esp and such imo.

I'm not going to say much other than you shouldn't judge things you havent used. The video you saw is outdated and basic, k3 has gone far past that now. Its a private script I've given to a few of my friends, if you're interested in it, add me on steam OP, my username is diss4life.
And Caro, being that the video is a low quality YouTube video depicting revision 1 (i.e. the first ever working copy of the script), yeah, its not going to look fantastic. Try not to act like you know what you're talking about when you really have no clue.
