The message reads as: [I]Lua Cache couldn't be downloaded. Server is misconfigured[/I]
Yeah. Really specific. Can someone please tell me what "misconfigured" entails?
People can't see most of my custom classes because of this. What settings are required to make sure people can download the cache?
first are you using fast download. If you are there is something wrong. Make sure you have a / after the directory for your fast download int yhe cfg. Make sure you have your lua chache uploaded on it as well that is very important. Where do I find this Lua cache, and once I have it, where does it go?
the lua chache is ur chache folder and in fast download you wold put it in a mirror directory of the one in your garrys mod folder
Alright. I've located the latest cache file in my server's "cache" folder.
How exactly do I mirror it?

I found my problem, do you have it enabled so you download everything from the server your visiting?
I still can't figure out why nobody is receiving my cache file.
Any help?

Are you using fast download?
i can see this is just going to repeat just add m e on steeam brodie229 and i can provide detailed and specific instructions
Simple answer shutdown server delete cache/ folder and reopen server let it rebuild fixed.

Yeah, but it's the default Xenon Servers address. Everything is mirrored automatically.

Edit: It didn't work. The cache folder rebuilt, but it still claims the server is misconfigured.
Hey bromato, I found something out about our problems. There is an option in the multiplayer tab, under options. It deals with whether or not to download custom files when joining a server. Mine was off, so I turned it on. It's a longshot, but it worked for me.

The issue is serverside, unfortunately.
I just wish they were more specific as to what the hell is happening.
I'm having this problem now with a Hamachi server, it was working fine yesterday...
Same, but i'm getting it with every server i've joined since the update.
