I run a 12 slot (rented from a company), and I hardly ever get lag and it runs great. With the exception whenever a new player spawns for the first time everything lags for about 1 seconds or so. It is rather annoying and thought about adding 8 more slots, but not with this. Any ideas?

A lot of these have been modified like sbep to reduce lag.. just have player spawn lag.
