• How would you find fellow coders to code with you?

I am just curious as how others have assembled teams of coders to code with them. Although i can code on my own, it would take to long to code all of my ideas within this summer. Plus some of my ideas require modeling also which I can do but would take to long. I honestly don't know anyone locally that can code. Also I don't want to find people online because I feel that leads to more trouble like; Back-doors in code and you risk a chance of it being stolen and the other coder getting profit off of it. Just tell me what you think is the best way of finding trust worthy coders online that will not abandon you or be a dick in general.
The way I have found people is in the developer section or I have just joined communities and found coders in them which I be-friend.
adult friend finder
adult friend finder
Well just because someone is an adult doesn't mean that they are trustworthy. People will take advantage of you if they see lots of profit to be found. Now I am not saying everyone but majority will.
I usually just lurk around the electronics section at walmart with a garrysmod t-shirt on and try to start conversations with people about Lua.

Well I guess I will just start doing stuff on my own for now I guess, until I can find someone else I can trust. The one problem with that is I feel if someone comes in alter it will be harder for them to jump in than if they they started helping me code when I started.
