I joined for my first time today, it went pretty awkward at first. E2 = Donation. I found out though that roleplay is much better without things like that. This server never lags for me, the admins are awesome, and I will keep playing here. The jobs are not like many others, when you join a job you get what you expect, not 50 weapons, but just the right amount of things.
