I really want to find an amazing community, but no luck.
First of all, don't advertise [U][B]your[/B][/U] community here, PM me instead.
So, what community do you love the best? I want to find a [B][I][U]real[/U][/I][/B] custom one, I wouldn't mind making a few scripts for the community if needed.
Would be preferred if the server is in Oceanic region, but it shouldn't be a massive deal.
So far they've all been shit.
Why not take your hand at making your own? You have Lua knowledge for a start, which is more than what most server owners have, if you want any advice, I'd be happy to help you out

I have tried, but the problem was I couldn't afford a server, and I can only host like 10 people from this PC.
I made some stuff, like I had a loading screen where you can choose what songs to play for the loading screen in game, and on initial join, there is no music, but can be toggled in game and some other shit for DarkRP.
I wouldn't mind making my own, but I don't want to have the hassle of setting all the shit up, moderating idiots and that, I would rather just be a dev on a server or just help out.

Now see if I actually knew how to code I would love to have a REAL custom DarkRP server. I have plenty of ideas for it as well.
All I can do now is read it and code if then statements that are half-assed.

Tbh a server ran by half lua stupid individuals trying to learn wouldn't be that bad, it would make learning lua a lot easier. I wouldn't mind taking a shot at it although I already have my hands full with my own TTT server.

Someone gave me a free dedicated server, so I'm using that and that person is amazing,
It's going good, I have coded a few stuff like realistic damage and I have setup the MySQL databases, all I need is ideas and players now.
Implying they're not all horrid.

I too got a free server from a friend. I didn't get the player base in time and I told him to take it down.

I really like fearlessrps cityrp gamemode, the coding is very good and Temar and Soul do a very good job of coding their gamemode! +support

We changed to TTT now, cause there isn't enough players in the community for DarkRP yet, I have everything saved for when I do get enough players.

Idk some coderhire shit is actually worth getting such as Phoenix's Hud Switcher or SpecDM
pointblankrp is pretty good. No coderhire shit and a custom admin mod. Right now there's BuildRP with custom printers (ink + paper required), a web radio (soundcloud + internet radio), and Expression 2 (with functions for most of the custom features, including a money request feature).
