My garrysmod gets stuck on the loading screen with the black box that says loading on the bottom right ive already tryed waiting a while. i searched for it but i didnt see any solutions that acually worked.
I have the same exact issue too, I'm on windows 7 64x, my specs are way above the recommended.
I've tried dx-level 90/80, reinstalled four times, nothing works.
