How would I make a Flood Mod game over hamachi?

I know how to use haamchi, and ive had it work on just sandbox, but me and my coupe friends want to try other gamemodes, but my drop-down menu only has sandbox, terroristtown, and couple other. How do I get a game up with Flood Mod active in it for people to join over hamachi?

Download the gamemode and put it in your gamemodes folder, start server with gamemode.
