Finally made a server yesterday, using srcds.exe or something, with great trial and fail with the commands sv_lan 0 and heartbeat, my server was able for my friend to join.
My question is that I'm struggling to customise what gamemodes and gametypes that are on the server, so for example I want to use the gamemode "Flood", I type in changegamemode <*whatevermap*> <Flood> and it will say the level is not reconised, yes Im sure I got the gamemap right.
How do I get a ingame vote, so i can change gamemode and map ingame with a vote "PRESS F12 to VOTE"?
Probably an easy question, my friend has not got CS:S and therefore cannot see many objects, does he have to buy CS:S or can he dl the files required.

I would get ASS mod. It's a admin mod, get the full version with the vote command. Also welcome to Facepunch.

1 and 2 can be done via an admin mod, 3 requires the friend to buy the game.
Kk been playing around with the ASS admin mod, cant see how Id change the gamemode with it, in game. :S
