I'm sure you've seen the recent surge in animated backgrounds on gmod.org,
after browsing them, and a good game of MGS4 beforehand, I thought of something.
You know how in some of the briefing cut-scenes in MGS4 is has this screen with two cameras, a scrolling news bar, and a few other things, wouldn't it be kicking rad if you adapted that style and put it in gmod as an animated background?
Adapted as in, the screens showing random people running about building or whatever, the ticker showing usual gmod stuff and a possible joke in between, (Breaking news: Another 5 second background uploaded to gmod.org, world riots)
and all that jazz.
So, anyone willing to do that?
Well, when my friend gets a component cable for his PS3, I might just convince him to record some seconds from what you described.
Then I can edit where necessary, and make a nice short loop out of it.
This section is for things GARRY can put into the game.
