Seeing as I'm an opponent against any cloud computing, is there any way to turn off support client side for cloud sweps?
:wtc: Why are you against it?
Couldn't you just...not use them?
Better not use Steam then, it uses cloud computing to sync save-game.

Doesn't Garrysmod.org use cloud computing? Same with Google, Microsoft, and those other giants.
Anyways, to disable Steam Cloud, go to Library, right click a game that uses Steam Cloud, and in the Updates tab, near the bottom, untick "Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for Garry's Mod".
By not using your PC. Sorry bro, most modern systems use a cloud in some way or form.
In all seriousness, just don't use it. Simple as that.
He didn't mean the steam cloud he meant the cloud script.
Also, looks like Glaber is going to have to stop using pretty much everything. No steam, no google. Hell he's not going to have much left to use if he carries on his silly and pointless oppression towards cloud computing.
The only simply way for him to not use any kind of cloud computing is to stop using his PC
Glaber, I thought you just held different beliefs than me, but now I see you're also an idiot. There is literally no reason that using a reputable cloud network could harm you.
What's wrong with Clouds?

This. Everything uses the Cloud. Windows Help uses it almost exclusively anymore. I'm not entirely sure why he's against it.
