Cs_italy not showing up in gmod & WAT Is the size for the screen loading

Cs_italy not showing up in gmod other people have it i dont anyway i can get? i got counterstrike source and all valve games. i have other cs props such as cs office and assault and more.

Also wat is the size for the gmod server screen loading mine is not in the middle or full size. (its jpeg)
