Whenever I try to start Gmod, the main screen loads a bit then I get this error:

I've already tried deleting the game's local content and reinstalling it about three times. Is there any way to fix or get past this? Not sure if it makes a difference, but I'm on a macbook..
Go to your steam folder and delete gmod's gcf files(I'm not sure but i think it is called garrysmod.gcf), or however they are called on the mac. It then deletes Gmod completely, and then try to redownload it.
Also, if that doesn't work, Go to the nearest PC store and get a computer with Windows. That always work.
