I'm looking for someone who will want to start a garrysmod server with me preferably darkrp as i personally like to play that. I have all the financial sorted (server,website payments etc) just need someone with a lot of experience with both communities and building server. I could build a server myself but do not have the time.

Honestly I've got to agree with him OP, You shouldn't be looking for a CO Owner out of the blue because it can always cause problems down the road.

Oh boy, don't do this. Trust me. I've hosted a GMod server before and it's always really hard to deadmin your friends when they turn out to be really shit at administration. But yeah, def dont get a random. Get someone from your playerbase like Aeternal said.
I'm not a douche but i figure you might want a person who know lua fluently. Ask anon he is quite good at lua.
This is simply not smart. Then we wonder why so many DarkRP servers suck.

If I liked to play DarkRP, I would be down. But I don't like playing DarkRP. He would be better off watching his servers and forums for a while and seeing who his best community member is.

Basically I am looking for someone to do this. Someone with a lot of experience and someone who is online a lot.

Fucken hell, What's his current playerbase if you don't mind me asking, Secondly I'm done shit all these past few days just do a little bit of work on MafiaRP Gamemode, Learning more lua on the weekends and nothing else.
I wouldn't mind helping him but I wont be there 24/7 to help.
As of right now there is no playerbase, it's just started.
So can you make a list of things you want to be done.
Hmm, I'm in the same boat. I'm too busy with classes and when I have some time I edit stuff on the servers or fix stuff. Would be nice to have someone to help you build the community >.<

If you're not consistently working on something for the server/website every day, he'll remove you without notice and change all the passwords, which you lose access to all the work you've done.
Another thing, his two current admins are 12 years old. I don't see this going very far :v: Good luck!
You shouldn't consider opening up a server when you don't have the time to grow a small community.
Also I agree with 'Anon' entirely, getting a random co-owner wont assist you nearly as much as a trusted friend. You will always have a large gap in between each other.
I'm looking for an active co-owner who can RUN and build the community single handedly. I will make the servers and pay for the host.
No more squeakers adding me on skype please saying that you've ran several servers... Need someone with ACTUAL community running skills who is very active.
