Possible to copy things from singleplayer to multiplayer with advanced duplicator?

Is it possible to do create something in single-player, copy it with advanced dup, then paste it in a multiplayer game?

Just upload it to the server

Save your contraption in advance duplicator, go onto the server, open adv. dupe tool, click "upload / download files to server". Upload your file and then paste it.
