Ok well I keep on getting a misconfigured cache when ever I join and it always skips the downloading of files, I'll try to be specific and brief about this:
-Files zoop by when downloading
-Cache is always misconfigured
-I've already tried sv_allowdownload 1 (if that even does anything)
-It's happened to me on other servers
-I've already tried deleting my cache file and re-joining
-I looked in my files for broken files but found none
If you need any more info please ask me and I'll try to get it to you
