I am looking to buy this So you start box http://www.soyoustart.com/us/offers/sys-32-3.xml I was wondering if I just bought that would I be able to have like 2 garrysmod servers and other game servers or would I need to buy more IP's?
Yes, you can host multiple servers on a E3-1245 V2.

I got 5 servers running that machine with ~ 164 slots total. Sometimes 6 servers with extra 20 ish slots on top, bringing it to about 180-190 slots total.

Lastly, whats the difference between them?
These are prices from my control panel. You can google the differences between them. You can always choose to install a distro of linux and run those for free.
If you need someone to help you install linux and set it up for you feel free to add me on steam.
