Every time I load up Garrysmod, this message scrolls down the side of my screen constantly while I'm playing:

I believe it has something to do with Wiremod, but I'm not entirely sure it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems it can't run an update for wiremod, maybe notifying you need to update your wiremod.

i updated already today and it's still popping up.
