Hello, I was wondering, I am making a gamemode, It's a big project and I was wondering if I can actually kickstart a Gamemode in Garry's Mod
You mean like people will pay you money for making a gamemode?
What possible reason does the community have to pay you money for a gamemode, which you will most likely end up hosting yourself?
Im not asking for your opinion, Im asking can I? are there any legal issues saying I cannot do this
If people can sell scripts on Coderhire, I assume you can attempt to kickstart your gamemode idea, despite how dumb that concept sounds.
I don't think you really need a Kickstarter. I mean just make the gamemode and release it publicly via Gamemodes & Addons Release forum and add a "Donate" link. It'd be much more effective because I mean you don't need money to make a gamemode that's already on a game.
