Because of internet connection issues, I usually play Gmod in the offline mode of Steam. However, today I decided to go online and update my games.
Now, when I try to play Gmod offline again, Steam says that the action cannot be completed offline. WTF?!
I know that there have been other threads mentioning this problem, but so far I haven't found any fixes. Help?
