Why do I start playing sandbox without any weapons?

It's quite annoying since I have to spawn them myself and then do it again if I die.
Is there some way to bring the guns back so I get all the guns as soon as I spawn on sandbox?

Spawn menu--> admin options/options--> check "Allow Weapons" or something like that.
