me and my freind likes to play LAN and im always hosting and i think we have played gmod for about a year and a half but since the new update my freind have had problems with the npc,s when he try to spawn one it just tell him

or is there a comand i have to type in?
Change the server settings so NPCs are not restricted to just the admin.
Maybe NPCs got restricted to a rank your friend isn't.

i dont think so i dont have any admin mods or rank mods
