How do I change my ded. server IP?

I'm using HLDS, I downloaded my content, forwarded ports, and I'm ready to start my server. Problem is, my server IP is LAN, even though I put it to internet. It starts with 192.168, which I know is LAN. How do I change it? Help!

Start the command line correctly?

srcds.exe -console -game garrysmod +ip 64.1xxx.xxx.xxx

I get an error:

Engine Error

Couldn't allocate any server IP port?
