Looking for Server Admin/Devs - Garry's Mod

Hello, I am currently looking for someone who would be interested in setting up a Gmod server on my Dedicated Server. I currently use the server to host a game which I am privately developing, however we would like to use it for more then that, since the server is capable of hosting multiple things. Idealy, we would like to create a gmod server (TTT, RP, etc) which can bring in some money from either donations or a paid user level with special perks/priviledges. The money would most likely all go towards server payments and improvements. Though, depending on your qualifications we may be willing to pay you for custom work, though again, we'd like to find someone who is actually interested in doing a project and being admin and using this great dedicated server. Specs Quad Core Xeon X3430 Processor 2.4ghz 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 Memory 1 TB SATA HD. 100Mbps Uplink 6 TB/m bandwidth Qualifications Include: Basic understanding of Gmod (commands, server setups, gamemodes) Knowledge of LUA scripting Ability to create custom content and customize gamemodes Able to fix errors, bugs, and do matinence on the server I also have a web server, Invision Power Board licensces and can build a website, forum if we deem that necessary. I've only recently started Gmod so I'm lacking experience here but I hope someone experienced sees this as an opportunity to create a great new server. Are you basically saying that we do your dirty work and we get to be a moderator? I might be interested, depending on how "dirty" the dirty work is.

Not really, I'm willing to pay if the custom servers can produce income and help pay for the dedicated server. Either that or I'm looking for someone who just wants to be part of the project and can help admin/develop the server.

There was another topic a few days ago asking the same things. The server specifications and details are the same as well, which leads me to think this is a duplicate with more "professional" looking information. Nobody is going to do your work for you with little to show. Only idiots and newbies.

I am the server owner. The person who posted before is not aware of what I want. He wanted to set up a plain DarkRP server, I have since changed my mind about that and posted this. The server should be enough proof, its worth $265/month and I've spent a lot more then that creating games.

If you're not interested in starting a server or being paid to create one then you shouldnt even bother posting here.

Now I'm mainly looking for someone who can customize the TTT gamemode with donation benefits. I've had people offer to help but they dont know how to edit TTT.
