Garry's Mod takes 25 minuites to load OR memory leaks and crashes

So I only reinstalled Windows the other day, there are no add ons or downloads, I am aware the update broke Garry's Mod, but it has since updated, it loaded once (that only took 10 minutes) now it either takes 25 minutes give or take ot after about 45 minutes it memory leaks.

Got crashdumps? Got memory dumps?

There's no point in saying "Hurr durr memory leak" if you have no idea whether or not it is. Same goes for crashes.

Aha I figured out the bug, it is L4D content, enabling either L4D 1 or 2 causes the crash/error/leak

Yup. Game crashes on startup when enabling L4D content. I can confirm it.
Any way to disable it again without going to the main menu?

after enabling l4d1/2 content let it load then about 10 mins in end the process and exit steam Run steam as administrator reload gmod = work
l4d 1+2 ragdols crash me tho
