I have updated my Gmod and i can play but roughly every 15 - 20 minutes my gmod crashes :/. Nt sure if this is to do with the update or not. Before the update my gmod used to minimise randomly but it came back up. Now it keeps coming up with an error!!D: can anyone help?

I have one like it, but i cant even get into the game :p Here the message : Steam,startup()failed: SteamStaryup(0xf,0x0031DED8) failed with error 1: failed to take master pipe connection lock This is not the first time i have had this problem, but the first time when gmod has not had a update (With in 5 mins)
Just restart your steam and the error will be fixed, i'm talking to 00joshuax now.
