Models don't show up

Hi all,

my friend has a big problem. I already contacted haxxer about this but he couldn't really help either so maybe one of you has any idea.

Me and my friend have both downloaded and installed Haxxer's Joker model from here [url]http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=111243[/url]

She copied and pasted the materials and models folder into the same directories i did, yet when she starts up her game and goes to her spawn menu and to the browse tab, the haxxer folder is not there while it is in my gmod. We both run Win7 Home Premium 64bit and have installed Gmod 10 with the latest update. We have already tried to create an info.txt and copy everything to the Addons folder but the result was the same. The folder just won't show up. She re-installed Steam from scratch, re-added the folders, still nothing.

Does anyone have any idea what else we can try?

okay, we found a way to do it. dunno if that's the right way to do it but it worked. she put everything into addons now, deleted all other folders and then changed the info.txt we created and set 'override' to 0

Now it works.
Thread can be locked. But maybe this info helps others in the future.
