Garry's Mod won't start - Garry's Mod

When i press Start it stands Preparing to launch Garry's Mod then directly it just shuts down i have seen that my gmod folder is just 87 mb. it worked before i reinstalled my computer. i have tryed so damn much to get it to work.

Did you purchase Gmod?

I doubt it for him, honestly. No-one else has the problem.

Did you buy any other steam game (like TF2 CS:S or HL2?) you need a source game to play garrys mod... And stop yelling no one will help you if you yell

I TOLD YOU ALL I KNOW i got other games yes no steam games work maybe someting blocks it my gmod folder is missing some folders just takes 87,3 mb IS THAT ENOUGHT FFS!!!!

1. Who makes your video card? Go to their website and get the latest non-beta drivers. (ex: EVGA makes my video card so i go to EVGA's website to get new drivers) 2. Make sure you have chipset drivers installed as this will help sometime. you can get those from your computer manufacturers website. if it isnt listed in there. dont worry about it. (ex: [url]www.hp.com/support[/url]) 3. Its just a game. people are more willing to help you when you dont yell and demand. calm down because it isnt the end of the world k?

Try putting [code]-fullscreen[/code] in Properties -> Launch Options.
