How many servers/slots could this box hold?

I was wondering how many slots or servers a box that I'm thinking about buying could hold. Mind you the internet connection I will use will probably be 1 Gbps upload speed and download speed hosted by Windstream Communications. Here are the specs:

At a push 24 servers small (<14 slot) . You would more likely manage 10 popular servers though.
