Thinking about making a server but I need help making npc's give out jobs, sell, and buy different items. Any help would be nice. Thanks in advance.

PERP has NPCs for becoming various city-run jobs, like firefighters and police officers, if I'm remembering correctly. Many gamemodes have NPCs that sell items, too.
