Need suggestion for what gamemode to run on my server

So I just got my dedicated server to work a few days ago. Of course, I then tried out a few gamemodes to see which one I like the most. I probably won't do Dark RP or sandbox, so I am putting myself open to suggestions from the community. Basically I want a gamemode that will form a strong community of players in the long run. Thanks.
