It's a bold shadow that is on the listed in the title.

This is a known bug and is being worked on. (there are also a few other threads [url]http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1082207-Phong-shader-error[/url] and [url]http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1079125-Phong-Issues[/url] just to name 2 of them)
