They appear to be artifacts of GFX rendering. Perhaps the card is starting to overheat?

Try updating them, it worked for me.
I just reinstalled Garry's Mod, they're fine now, still having that TF2 blood glitch, I had to unmount TF2 to get my normal blood back.
