And how to set people to be like light black market dealer? please help. Can't find it anywhere in google.
There are like 500 hl2rp gamemodes,

If you're talking about Kuro's HL2RP then you have to change their name from MPF-RCT.XXXXX to MPF-(division).(rank).XXXXX if I'm correct. The ranks are:
04
03
02
01
OfC
EpU
DvL
You can also do MPF-SeC.XXXXX which is pretty much the lead MPF unit.

What about salary increase? How to increase it for cp? on higher rank?

I think he means the actual commands, not their names.

Stop using leaked gamemodes if you don't even know how to use them.
The names change their model if that's what you mean. Naming units to the following will give them different models.
Blabla.OfC.derp CP with trenchcoat.
Blabla.EpU.derp Orange oriented suit.
Blabla.DvL.derp Gray oriented suit.
Blabla.SeC.derp Yellow oriented suit.
On my server we have custom ranks and just use the /charsetmodel "name" "modelname" to set their skin.
For people to be blackmarket dealer you have to give them the little v or big V flags. Little v gives them ability to sell food and light stuff while the big V gives them ability to sell firearms.
