How do you download The "Tiger Tank" from http://www.garrysmod.org?

Hey Everyone I need help I`m making a WW2 movie that involves Tanks,Planes,DOD models,some DOD maps,+ Alot of Explosions&Battle scenes.Anyway I need this Tank for the explosion/Battle scenes,All i`m asking is for an easier way to download and install this tank.

Just download it like normal and download it like everyone else. I've done it for about one and a half years. I think you can do it once. If you have any more questions, ask me, I'm always up for questions.
