This is mostly for both Garry's Mod and UKGame. I already sent a support email regarding this but their support seesm to be.. let's say, rather slow.
So in late August I bought myself a Garry's Mod server at UKGame with my Mastercard. It was great, everything worked as it should. A nice 20 slot sandbox server. The thing was pretty populated and rather minge-free. Now I don't feel an urge to use the server anymore, and considering there's no one playing on it anymore I thought it was time to shut it down.
Now I was unsmart and used my Mastercard to pay for it. In PayPal, you can just see what you are subscribed to and cancel it there. That didn't seem to be the thing for Mastercard.
I tried reading the threads on the forums, the Q/A they had but nothing seemed to help.
So I need help on how to cancel my subscription on UKGame.
I'd love some help from you, Facepunch.

Though really why you ever went with UKGame is beyond me. They're terrible.
Already sent a support ticket as said in the OP. But again, they're pretty darn slow. It would go a whole lot faster if the forums on there could be used for help and support but it doesn't seem like they want to have that there.
It would just be lovely if anyone was in the same situation and knew how to cancel the subscription.
Contact your card company and stop any payments going to them.
Isn't there an option to cancel your service in their WHMCS (client portal)?

It's called "Request Cancellation", if it's there. You can get to it from the "Services" page.
Already sent them a support ticket, asking if it could be cancelled. They did indeed cancel the subscription and the server will expire on next pay-day. Thank you all for the great responses, though. They helped me through this. :)
