Hey, players and potential staff members. I have been running my server for about a month now but it seems to have died down. I am looking for some potential staff to try and help me make the server a more fun environment for others to play on. You will need 5 hours on the server to apply, and also don't join asking right away. Some tips to increase this opportunity for you. First you should try to become friends with me, like don't annoy me to the point i won't ever accept you. Second you should always try to help players that ask for help, if they ask for a admin or moderator, then tell them how to contact one of us and then leave. Third, always try to get friends and new players into the server, the more players the faster i will accept staff, and the more i will need it. Fourth, you should make players feel welcome and not disrespected, that will lead to them leaving and you not getting staff. As i said this server is only about a month old but i have questioned myself if i should continue this. I feel as if the server will continue to go downhill unless i take action.
Here is how you will join.
1. Enable the dev console in settings.
2. Open the dev console by clicking (~)
3. In the type box enter this (connect 64.79.108.219:27145) dont put parenthesis.
4. Listen to the loading screen music and then you will be in!

If you need to tell people how to join your server through steps, you shouldn't be hiring them :v: :suicide:
Just ask the people who join on your server or your friends. You shouldn't be asking here becouse here will be a bigger chance of someone going to abuse it.
