I've reinstalled wire, updated it, reinstalled Gmod, everything all other threads tell me to do. This error still shows up whenever I pull out the toolgun. Any others' that can help me?
By reinstalling do you mean selecting "Delete Local Content" in Steam?
Does this always happen? Or only in save games? Or only in Singleplayer?

Okay, then go to to garrysmod folder in steam/steamapps/<steamname>/garrysmod/ and rename the garrysmod folder to garrysmodold, or whatever "tickles your fancy" then start up Garry's Mod.
Make sure to test before dumping any addons/maps back into Garry's Mod.
