I've been with Xenon for about 2 years and I love them.
Sadly some people may say other wise.
Go NFO, sure you're paying a lil bit more but the quality is outstanding. They have a top notch custom control panel for you to use and come with a free website. They also have one of a kind ways to boost the performance of your server with their hyperaccelerator shit. They also answer your support tickets in about 10 minutes maximum usually.

They also have a very useful firewall to help stop ddosers. A feature that most hosters using TCAdmin won't have.
I prefer NFO, but check out the Hosting Providers Megathread located here: [url]http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1414182&p=45625159#post45625159[/url] although not really a great resource, it give you some insight into some other hosting providers.
[url=http://dabbleam.com]dabbleam.com[/url] is a very nice EU host, never had a problem with them and the support actually knows their way around GMod.
