Could we not have a hook for it so we can decided if we want it or not

You can just write a think hook that kicks them out when the vehicle is overturned.

I'm pretty sure you're were never auto kicked out after it got overturned. I disabled that in gmod 8.

If you want to prevent people entering overturned vehicles you can do it using Lua.

I think King was requesting a way to toggle it, and maurits was suggesting he write a think hook that kicks people out - not implying it ever did kick a player out after it got overturned.
